I am living my happiest and healthiest dream life now. I look forward to moving my body everyday. But this is so far from where I was just a few years ago. 

​I used to believe you needed to be dripping in sweat after a workout to see results. Just do lots of jumps, burpees, and cardio, spend hours at the gym until you’re out of breath to see results, right? Well that didn’t work for me. I hated working out. I felt like a failure! 

It took me over 4 years of trial and error, research, and studying movement, pilates and exercise science, to confidently be able to say that working out harder is NOT the “only”—or even the most effective—way to become the healthiest, fittest and strongest version of yourself. 

With this eBook, my intention is to help you get there more quickly than I did by giving you the tools you need to feel stronger and more confident in your body today.

That’s totally up to you! Core & Control is a 4-week Pilates program that is completely self-paced, so you can complete it in the amount of time that feels right for you.
