Welcome to our Running Program. Designed by Jack Smith (2:50 Marathon runner, World Triathlon representative and husband to Tamsin), we are so lucky to have this program designed to get us across the finish line of a 5km run.

Week One: 3 Runs/Walk; Week 1 Running Program Pilates class (click into Running program link below)
1. 15 minutes: 1min walk, 1min run
2. 30min walk
3. 5min walk, 3x3min jog with 60s walk between each, 5min walk

Week 2: 3 Runs/Walk; Pilates Running Program 2 class & MAT PILATES (GLUTE PROGRAM 1)
1) 1 min walk, 90s run x15
2) 30 min walk
3) 5 min walk, 3x4 min jog, 60 s walk, 5min walk recover

Week 3: Runs/Walk; Pilates Running Program 3 class & MAT PILATES (GLUTE PROGRAM 2)
1) 1.5 min walk, 15 min run unbroken, 5 min walk, 10 min run
2) 2.5 min walk, (10x1 min run HARD, 1 min walk) RUN/WALK block, 5 min walk cool down
3) 5x5 min run, 1 min walk recovery

Week 4: Runs/Walk; Pilates Running Program 4 class & MAT PILATES (GLUTE PROGRAM 3)
1) 1.5 min walk, 3x10 jog with 90sec walk, 5 min walk (cool down)
2) 2.3km jog unbroken
3) 3.5 min walk, 10x1min hard
