I’ve created a 16 week program for you to follow along so that each week, you’ll receive an email with some new learnings. This is a lifelong journey and rather than get lost, I want you to receive the steps each week so as not to be overwhelmed.
You can follow along via the Facebook group or if you prefer an online course content style, you can also create your Thinkific Account where I have formatted the exact same content just on a different platform.

IVP Active has a whole library of pilates and stretch videos to follow along!
Start with our beginner 4 week focus flows, then use our library to create your flow or isolate your favourite body parts.
If you are wanting Results - we highly recommend that you are doing an IVP Active workout three to four times a week.
20 minutes a day is all you need to see results!!
