Whilst we are buzzing around the studio (post coffee hit!) we always encourage our members to slow down and stretch. We have 2 classes that you do not have to be members for either studio to come join in - Thursday 6.30am & Saturday 6am. Come along anytime - no commitments (except when I may expect you to bend and lengthen and touch your toes).
